Micro Plus Solutions reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time and without notice. We recommend you check these Terms and Conditions periodically.
The following terms & conditions apply to all products purchased directly via Micro Plus Solutions or on the Micro Plus Solutions Online Store Website.
Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the South Australia and each party, unconditionally and irrevocably submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of the South Australia
Your Login responsibility (Login Name and Password).
We will Not accept credit card transactions from web-based email addresses, eg. Hotmail, Yahoo, Gmail, etc. Only Internet Service Provider email accounts, eg. name@bigpond.com, name@ozemail.com.au, etc.
It is the responsibility of the customer to protect and authorise the use of user names and passwords. Micro Plus Solutions will not accept responsibility for customer user names and password protection. All customers are liable to pay all monies outstanding from the purchase of goods on their account by any person that used their user name or password. You agree to release and indemnify Micro Plus Solutions in connection with any use (whether authorised or unauthorised) of your user name or password. Micro Plus Solutions may suspend or cancel your account at any time without prior notice.
Prices Subject to Change
Micro Plus Solutions may vary prices in the event of price changes or mistakes made by suppliers on reasonable prior notice to you. If Micro Plus Solutions request payment for increased prices, you may cancel the order by giving written notice to Micro Plus Solutions by Fax, Letter or e-mail, which must be received within seven days of the announcement of the increase. Please check prices frequently.
Academic Pricing
Orders for academic, educational or government discounts may require proof of eligibility by fax or mail.
Stock Availability
Stock numbers are an indication only and no guarantee is given of availability. If an item is on backorder we will advise you with an estimated delivery time.
Placing an Order
By placing an order you are agreeing to pay and accept delivery of goods ordered.
Orders will only be shipped to a physical street address. To assist us in processing your order, please provide your land-line phone number. Delivery is via courier and cannot be to a Post Office Box. Please note that an authorised signatory needs to be at the delivery address to sign for and collect the goods and that photo identification may be requested.
All orders are subject to confirmation and acceptance by Micro Plus Solutions. We may require additional information to verify an order before we accept it.
All sales are final, accepted orders cannot be amended. in the case of faulty products refunds are made only if it is not possible to offer a replacement. For further details, please refer to our information page on our Returns Policy.
Order Delivery
Micro Plus Solutions or its agent will deliver the goods on your order to your address, within the agreed time frame, subject to their availability. Where the goods are not available you will be notified of this by Micro Plus Solutions as soon as possible. Anyone at the delivery address who receives the goods will be presumed by Micro Plus Solutions to be authorised to receive the goods.
Important Note: When signing for Deliveries where the Parcel has noticeable damage you should sign and note "Parcel Damaged Subject to Check". This is a requirement for transit damaged goods claims.
Pictures and Images used in the Micro Plus Solutions On-Line Store
Micro Plus Solutions attempts to include up-to-date pictures of all of the goods on this web site. However, our picture of the goods may differ from the actual goods. We recommend you read the labels on the goods carefully before using the goods.
Warranty
Goods are sold with their manufacturer's warranty, unless otherwise stated.
Currency
All prices shown are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and inclusive of 10% GST.
We only sell to Australia.
Payment Methods
Micro Plus Solutions accepts a variety of payment options, including direct bank deposit, credit card (MasterCard and Visa) and cheque. Micro Plus Solutions reserves the right to decline any purchase / payment by credit card.
 
Secure Payment Method
Credit card purchases use an encrypted connection provided via a commercial grade Thawte 128bit SSL certificate and payment is processed by Westpac through a secure payment gateway provided by SecurePay, leaders in online credit card payment processing.
Rental Option
Quick rental financing through Flexirent is also available to customers subject to approval under Flexirent's terms and conditions.
Payment is required before dispatch
No goods will be dispatched until payment has been received and cleared into our Bank Account. Please allow up to 2 working days for direct deposits and 3-5 working days for cheques. Credit card payments are authorised at time of placing your order and the goods are dispatched after the order is reviewed and accepted by Micro Plus Solutions.
The goods will be dispatched on the following day if they are in stock once payment is confirmed.
Errors and Omissions
We attempt to provide accurate prices and product information, Micro Plus Solutions reserve the right to accept or reject any order for any reason, including incorrect pricing, description or order information.
Please make sure you examine the manufacturer's information on the product prior to placing your order. Micro Plus Solutions will not accept any liability for products purchased with expectations of non-existent features or functions. The Micro Plus Solutions On-Line Store functionality is offered "as-is" and no warranty is provided as to its accuracy or availability.
Limitation of Damages
The Customer acknowledges and agrees that Micro Plus Solutions and its agents or employees (Micro Plus Solutions Staff), will not be liable to the Customer for any actions, claims, damages, liabilities, costs, expenses, or losses in any way arising out of or relating to the Products or Services provided. This clause applies regardless of the form of action, damage, claim, liability, cost, expense, or loss, whether in contract, statute, tort (including, without limitation, negligence), or otherwise.
Limitation on Warranties.
Micro Plus Solutions disclaims all other warranties, either express or implied, including without limitation warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. This site and its contents are provided on an 'as is' basis and use of this site is at your own risk. Where any legislation such as the Trade Practices Act (1974) (Cwth) implies into this Agreement any condition or warranty and that legislation voids or prohibits conditions in a contract excluding the application of the condition or warranty, the liability of Micro Plus Solutions for any breach of the condition or warranty is limited to in the case of goods to (i) the replacement of or the supply of equivalent goods; or (ii) the repair of any defect in the goods.
Rights We Cannot Exclude: The above disclaimer and liability limitation do not exclude any rights, which by law may not be excluded, including but not limited to your rights under the Trade Practices Act.
Title & Risk
Title to the goods purchased on Micro Plus Solutions On-Line Store Website does not pass from Micro Plus Solutions to you until payment in full has been received and cleared. All risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.
Returns Policy & Refunds
The Micro Plus Solutions Returns Policy forms part of these conditions. Please refer to the Return and Refunds Section.
Termination
Your ability to purchase goods from Micro Plus Solutions On-Line Store may be terminated by Micro Plus Solutions at any time without notice. All restrictions, licences granted by you and limitations of Micro Plus Solutions liability will survive termination. If you breach any of the above provisions, Micro Plus Solutions reserves the right to prohibit you immediately from accessing the Website at any time.
